1, 2 or 3-days/week options, 9am-1pm

Nov. 11th~ JAN. 13th, (no classes SNov. 25 & Dec. 23)

Investment:
5% returning family discount

Fall, Winter, Spring Sessions:
8-weeks, 3-days/week option. Investment: $1400 + 150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
2-days/week option. Investment: $950 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
1 day/week option. Investment: $475 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
Summer Camp, held in July.
Registration Fee: $150. Holds your child’s spot in the program and is non-refundable. Spaces are filled in the order in which they are received.
Parent Child/Playgroup Investment: $200 for 8 classes, siblings under 2 are free, supplies included. Total investment: $200.
Payment Options: You may pay the entire tuition investment in one payment or in two monthly payments.
*Note: We are community partners/vendors with Valley View/Pacific Institute Charter School and Heartwood Charter School for our drop-off programs, and Visions in Education for our Playgroup. Families that are registered with any of these charters can use their homeschooling funds for our programs.
We strive to make our programs accessible to everyone, Being being a community partner does require extra support, cost and administrative management on our end. We have a small non-refundable 3% enrollment fee for using charter funds. Thanks for your understanding. Please reach out with any questions.
Applications received will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, depending on space available. Oak Heart Forest Program doesn’t allow discrimination of any kind on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, national or ethnic origin, or economic background.
Easy Enrollment Process:

Once we receive your application we will email you our Family Handbook and a link to pay your registration fee. We are happy to schedule a parent phone or video call, if you should have any additional questions or would like to connect beforehand.
Your child's space will be held upon receipt of your $150 non-refundable registration fee and completed registration forms.
